At Movemethod, to ensure you get the most out of your future training we start your journey with a 6 week foundation program.
Foundations are important as everyone is different and we want to ensure you are building resilience in your joints, stability and mobility throughout your body and building the right mindset to get you to your specific sports goals.
This program allows you to learn, grow and adapt to new skills, new training, new challenges and a new you.
Following on from this initial program, you can jump into classes with us, continue your training journey and build the skills to do whatever you would like to achieve.
