FOUNDATION/PILATES
Build the base of strength needed to move onto more integrated movement patterns. Learn core activation, joint stabilisation drills, muscle activation awareness and connection to your body. This is the class to do before move-ability
HAND BALANCING
Crows, QDR, Handstands drills build your balance, lines and overall stamina to achieve your hand balancing goals.
LOCOMOTION
Crawl, jump, cartwheel, roll, slide, squat and move tobuild a locomotive vocabulary.
LIFT
Learn how to deadlift, squat, Clean and Press whilst using basic movements to build strength and resiliency for the heavier lifts.
BOXING SKILLS
Our coach teaches you the fundamentals of using your body to become a proficient mover in the ring. From foot work, to hand eye co-ordination and overall stamina.
