MOVE

One of our favourites here at Move Method, this class works on building strength in stressful positions that the body needs to adapt and control. This class will get your heart rate up, have your body moving in weird position but also having fun along the way.

STRENGTH & MOVE

This class is based on your specific needs, its the class built around your own program so you can build the bullet proof body you have always wanted. Its self motivating, challenging when needed to be, and efficient. Work on your imbalances instead of always doing the same workout, or the things you know and like.

MOBILITY

Enhance your mobility by building strength at your joints' end ranges while improving flexibility and control. This class is designed to deepen your understanding of how joints move through different planes, incorporating targeted exercises that load tissues to develop both strength and length. Perfect for anyone looking to improve movement quality, prevent injuries, and increase overall resilience.

SPRINTS
Outdoors saturday morning with the wind in your hair. This class is based around learning the fundamentals of running and build your cardio fitness with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Learn to build your stamina and endurance whilst using the body in the way it is intended. You’ll feel your heart pumping and body wanting more.
If you have never ran before, thats ok, we got you. This class is for everyone. 

BUILD

UPPER AND LOWER BODY

At Move Method we like to think of these are your foundations/ fundamentals of strength. As we see from the skills and Build board we have some fundamental movements that we would like to maintain as we age and these classes allow you to keep working on these fundamental movements.
Some of these classes are broken into Lower and Upper just to allow more focus on certain areas that some of us may be lacking. 

ADULT BOXING CLASSES

Coached by Kieran at Move Method, our class is all about boxing. Forget generic workouts—this is where you learn the art of boxing. Boxing is a dance, and we’ll teach you how to move with precision, rhythm, and control. At Move Method, we prioritize learning proper techniques and mastering them. From footwork to pad work and partner drills, these sessions develop real skills. Perfect for kids and adults, our classes help you build confidence, improve fitness, and feel like a true boxer in the ring.

SKILLs

There are 3 different types of Skills. 

BEGINNER SKILLS - This is for the novice or the want to try person who has never done any gymnastics before but wants to give it a go. 

GYMNASTICS SKILLS - Is a more advanced class focusing on certain movements that are classed as intermediate to advanced. 

HAND BALANCING SKILLS- For any of you who would like to get upside down and feel the excitement of learning to hold handstands, through to more fun balancing like frog and QDR just to name a few. 

KIDS BOXING

Coached by Kieran at Move Method, this class is all about building kids' coordination skills.
Starting early is essential for developing motor skills, confidence, and overall physical health. Through fun boxing activities and foundational movement patterns, your child will gain the skills and confidence to step into any gym or sport with ease. Kids aged 8-14 Thursday 4pm.
