With a wide variety of classes to choose from, including cardio sweat, strength training, Matt Pilates, bodyweight strength, gymnastics and more, you'll find the perfect fit for your fitness goals. These are available as a 2 class and unlimited per week option.
2. Combination Membership: For the ultimate fitness experience, our combination membership allows you to enjoy the benefits of both group classes and personal training. This option provides the perfect balance between camaraderie and personalized coaching, ensuring you have all the tools necessary to reach your fitness goals.

When you join MoveMethod, you'll begin with a well-planned orientation program that includes:
1. INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Lets get to know each other and work on goal setting, your day to day posture, gait, physical imbalances and your nutrition
2. FOUNDATION TRAINING
Over the next 4 weeks we build the fundamentals, understanding the techniques and work on any imbalances detected
3. SKILFUL STRENGTH
After we build a strong foundation, we get started on the fun stuff - gymnastics, bodyweight exercises and hand balancing
4. WEIGHTLIFTING
We also build your powerlifting strength, working on strong powerful movements using anything and everything heavy we can find in the gym
5. REHAB / PREHAB
We take Injury prevention seriously. We want you to be happy, healthy and ready to train each day so we take the time to work on rehab / prehab exercises specific to you, based around your weaknesses
6. MOBILITY
Lets get supple! Joint care and flexibility are important for remaining limber and active both day to day and long term
